As a long-time foster, volunteer, and animal rescue advocate, I’ve spent years using my marketing and sales background to help get homeless pets adopted. When I worked for one of Texas’s largest no-kill rescues, scaling the American Pets Alive conference, I saw the reality up close: passionate, overworked staff and volunteers juggling animal care, administrative tasks, and the constant need to market pets on social media.
